Bert's geese

Yes, this is the first "non-Hunter" posting -- well, not pictures of our adorable son, Hunter that is.  ;-)  Bert went goose hunting Friday morning and got two geese..... for the very first time!  He was like a kid at Christmas time when he called me at work to tell me the news.  :-) 

The breast meat is now soaking in salt water and we'll have a wonderful goose meal sometime this weekend.   A friend suggested baking the meat in the oven with a cut-up apple, so we'll give that a try.
