On Sunday, January 18, a total of nineteen family members went out to eat together, in celebration of Uncle Bob's birthday. Hunter sat next to his cousin Olivia, who is about 5 months older than Hunter. Since Olivia lives in New York, they don't see each other very often. But that didn't matter to them! Olivia shared her crayons and Hunter shared his raisins -- it was adorable to see the two together. :-)
A full crew! While Daddy is busy fighting fires (two structure fires in the area within the last week - needless to say, Bert is exhausted and yet very happy he is no longer chief), Hunter is getting his crew ready for action..... Snoopy and Snowman in the cab, while Pooh hangs out on the ladder; then Hulk is under the ladder checking things out, and the fireman (who came with the firetruck) is in the seat, ready to move the ladder as needed. And for help with traction, there is a boulder on the back! :-)
